The bill (Reg. No. 1186) aims at amending the Law “On Land Management”, according to which special requirements are settled for the developers of land management documentation, that provides environmental and economic grounding for crop rotation and land management.
Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences participated in the discussion. They suggested to leave current version of the Law "On Land Management" as it is, and to settle problematic questions of tenants and agricultural land owners by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, that are under preparation.
